Cancellation Policy.

The Speak English with Jo cancellation policy applies to all students for all online lessons and courses.

How to cancel your lesson: To cancel a lesson, students must email jo@speakenglishwithjo as soon as possible. Please include the word CANCELLATION in the subject. Students will receive an email to confirm the cancellation.

Lessons cancelled with 24 hours notice or more: There will be no charge for lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. The student can request a full refund in this case or to reschedule the lesson at the earliest possible convenience for both student and teacher. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the email confirmation.

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice: The lesson will be charged at full price and no refund or reschedule will be given.

Students who are late or miss lessons: It is extremely important that students respectfully attend all lessons on time. If a student is late for a lesson, the time will not be extended nor will the missing minutes be refunded. If a student does not attend a lesson, no refund will be given.

Rescheduling or cancellation of lessons by Speak English with Jo: In very rare cases, lessons may need be rescheduled or cancelled, usually due to an emergency. You will be notified via email giving you the option to request a full refund or to reschedule the lesson.
